Curzed Rules

1. Minimum Share for Active Users is 3 Gb, Minimum share for Passive Users is 3 Gb.
2. Minimum of ½ slot/hub. Maximum of 15 hubs or 30 slots.
3. Minimum allowed upload limit is 10Kbytes/s per slot, ie. limit to 19kB/s = 1 slot. Make sure this appears in your tag.
4. Only allowed languages in mainchat is English, bad English and Klingon.
5. No advertising or flooding in main chat.
6. Please archive program cds and install files.
7. Please do not share useless or uncompressed files (WAV, DLL, etc.)
8. Please do not share download directories or unfinished files.
9. Please do not share system or installed folders.
10. No racist files of any type.
11. No sick pornography (Preteen,Rape,Incest,Animal etc. This includes snuff and faces of death, and YES Horsegag!) INSTANT BAN
12. Do not hide or fake your description tag.
13. dcgui(Valknut) users must turn on the description tag
14. No faker clients or share faking of any kind. This includes mldonkey. INSTANT BAN
15. Do not share instructions or software for faking.
16. If an OP asks for a slot, please obey IT
17. Don't ask to be an OP or a VIP. We will choose you if you are worthy.
18. Always when in doubt, use +faq, else INSTANT BAN! ;)
19. VOB files are now allowed in CuRZed, but ONLY complete movies in correctly named folders
20. DC++ below 0.401 is not allowed, please upgrade

Yes, the quota requirements do mean this hub is not a fan of passive users. Passive users are extra load on the server and contribute little to the overall network. Passive users are not althogether banned because some users do not have the choise.
